Bait and Switch on Promo
I signed up for 1,000Mbps /$50 month for 5 years. About 10 days into that new service my internet was shut off without my consent. I called to get it restored on July 1st under those original terms and spent over 2 hours on the phone. Finally an agent said he could restore the service as long as I approved switching it to 300Mbps for one week. I reluctantly approved it and was assured I would be contacted and the 1000Mbps would be restored. I just called after one week and was told there was nothing that could be done because I approved the new service. I would like to just have the original terms of the service I signed up for restored, this behavior is completely unethical on behalf of Xfinity.
