Bad service for internet
I had service installed three weeks ago took 2 techs and then it wasn’t done correctly had another two techs over and one changed out my outdoor wire but i still lose connection multiple times and day and am only getting 30-90 percent of my service at a time and will fluctuate constantly so I can’t stream consistently. one technician who checked everything and said the issues we were having were due to the signal at the street, but that's not something he could address and would have to get another technician out. Not sure if was done but we are still having the same issues with internet dropping make usage of xfinity services unbearable.
chat support is horrible. Keeps making me troubleshoot before escalating and trying to schedule a technician that won’t be able to fix the service
