To whom it may concern
I have tried to get help from comcast agents but unfortunately none has been priovided concerning my very eratic comcast internet service. I switched from verizon to comcast, now I think I made a very bad decision. I got what I considered a very high internet bandwith (or whatever it is called), thinking that my internet service will improve. I have had to miss important professional meetings due to the epileptic internet service. I have used the rebooting option from my app more than I can count, I have been lucky to speak with two agents who told me someone will call but nobody did twice, the second agent actually tried but couldnt fix it.
I am in such a bad situation here, it takes forever to get an agent on the line, when I do, they were unable to fix the problem with a promise that someone will call and nobody ever called, I am paying but cant enjoy what I paid for, can you please help me. I shouldnt be in this situation. It is just unfortunate
