Bad internet

Hi I have bad internet. Even with 1gb service I never see the 800 that I’m supposed to see at least. On my phone I see less than 500 and on my console which is my main internet use as I’m a gamer I never see past 144 on a perfect day. I’ve tried restarting my Xfinity modem everyday to no luck, I’ve tried calling Xfinity to boost my signal, I’ve tried Having a technician come outside the apartment with no success at better internet. I have yet to be able to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge of xfinity to take responsibility for my internet being so bad. I always get kicked from the agent chat or a supervisor never calls me back when I ask about them calling me back. They decline giving me more credit back when I never get the service I am paying for. I need help from anyone in Xfinity who’s looking at this post

Absolutely getting sick of their terrible customer service. I’m calling once or twice a week with 0 amount of help

Getting the same vibe from them. Trying to work from home over a VPN doing CAD design work remotely operating my work computer. I lose service at least a couple times a day. Their bot service says everything is fine. Chat service takes for ever and almost always after answering 20 questions from the first person they send me to another and it starts all over again. Getting sick of this.
