AWS-East Routing is bad
I've had this issue for a year now with no resolution.
Games that utilize AWS-East will consistently and predictably fail causing the game to drop connection.
Changing the game to use AWS-West will 100% correct the problem.
I've contacted support a few times and it's always the same-- reboot my modem, reboot my PC (even if I tell them the issue is on all my consoles and my PC), etc. Clearly the issue is not with my network or local hardware if switching to AWS-West fixes the issue. It is a routing problem to AWS-East.
Now, how does one go about convincing someone at Comcast to take this issue seriously and escalate it to someone that will look at the route and not ask me to reboot my modem for the 100th time?
