Awful service

Ongoing issues with internet. Now, the picture is freezing with a spinning wheel. I have tried calling Xfinity, but if someone finally answers the phone they just put me on hold again. I have asked to cancel services, and they have refused to do that has well. My next step will be to contact the BBB and the local news.
