Availability of additional IP address for second ethernet port on SB8200

Could somebody from @Comcast_Support reach out to me so I can find out if activating the second ethernet port on an Arris SB8200 is available in my area?

Posts like this this one say "Just an FYI - the second IP was not listed on the rate card but it was available." I tried doing an online chat with Xfinity support but was told they didn't have access to information about availability of an additional IP address.
