Audio on Teams calls dropping out intermittently

I have latest version of Teams, MS365, and my Teams calls audio drops out sporadically and with it sometimes, the screen freezes.  Everything comes back 10-15 seconds later.  Sometimes I get "Poor network quality" message.  I have seen numerous posts about this and no real solution.  This also happens from time to time while streaming TV.  I have the fastest internet service and what I think is the most up-to-date modem. I've cleared cache, and other supposed fixes but the problem still happens.  I am ready to switch internet service providers as this has gone on long enough. I could use some help before I switch providers.

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer who works from home and who has grandchildren that love streaming Disney plus , I would not be happy if my Internet connection was not stable to allow me to use my services how they should be.
