Associate my SSID with your account

Can you manually verify my in-home network SSID is registered on my account? 

Using Xfinity as my Internet provider and their router that provides Wi-Fi, an Amazon fire stick, and the Xfinity stream app, I am not able to use many channels because I get the error “out of Home: unknown SSID”. All of the simplistic solutions I have found tell me that I am connected to a Xfinity Public Wi-Fi network, which I am not. Other solutions tell me to make sure that I’m my router is set up to provide the network name which it already is. I am looking for a solution to this.

Also, I did my best to associate this forum login with my account, but it looks like it’s using a different email than my Comcast email. I can provide all my account details if needed.
