Assistance Needed with Billing Issues
Hello Team, I have been a loyal Xfinity customer for many years. A couple of months ago, my internet bill increased to $69.00. I immediately noticed this and started a chat with an agent, who assured me that they would reduce my services to $45 per month. However, the following month, I was charged $69 again. I contacted another agent who promised to issue credits, which he did. During that conversation, he introduced me to Xfinity mobile services and claimed he would waive the activation fees. I decided to transfer all three of my lines from T-Mobile to Xfinity, and he assured me that he would adjust my internet plan to $35 for 500 Mbps for one year. I am satisfied with the Xfinity mobile services.
However, since then, I have continued to see a charge of $45 in my upcoming bills. Every time I reach out to an agent, they guarantee that it will be changed to $35 with the same speed, but this has yet to happen. I am attaching all the screenshots and photos of my chats with various agents for reference. Please feel free to call or email me if you require any additional information. This situation is causing me a lot of stress, as I receive different responses from agents each time I chat. I have communicated with Chinmay, Ashish, Kaiser, and Manish. If needed, I can share the photos with you. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an email address. Thank you.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_tyq8wk
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
