Your Internet Router/Gateway:Many major Internet Service Providers (like T-Mobile Home Internet) use routers and gateways manufactured by Askey. If Askey shows up as the primary gateway or router, it is simply the hardware powering your Wi-Fi.
Other Smart Home Equipment:Askey manufactures Wi-Fi components, 5G hot spots, and IoT products for various tech brands.

If you do not own an Askey device but it appears in your app or network scanner, it is almost always just your ISP-provided modem or router communicating

Copy its MAC address and check the vendor using a site likeMAC Address Lookupto see its exact hardware classification.
