As of Dec 2025, how to set DHCP reservation in Xfinity app?
I installed the Xfinity app and tried to set DHCP reservation, but after going through all the options, I cannot find where I can set DHCP reservation for my devices.
Is it still doable in the app as of Dec 2025? How to do so? I am using XB7 sent by Xfinity when signing up for the service.

I don't have their gateway device. Not sure if this still applies, but you may be able to reserve LAN IP addys in the user interface pages of it. You have to first turn on admin access in the app now;

Open the Xfinity App. (You'll need a working connection for this step).
Go to the WiFi tab.
Select View WiFi equipment and open Advanced Settings.
Select Admin Tool online access.
Slide the toggle button to Allow Admin Tool access (ON).
Select Save.
After that, you should be able to navigate to http://10.0.0.1
Poke around in the settings and see if you can find it. Good luck !
