Arris Surfboard Cable Modem SB6183 keeps dropping Internet connection
This modem has been working fine for several years, until the past month, when it mysteriously began disconnecting from the Internet -- several times a day. As far as in-house physical connections (cables, terminals, connected devices), nothing has changed, so I am naturally inclined to suspect either a degradation of the modem's own performance or might there be some off-site connectivity issue caused by changes to external fiber network or Comcast server behavior.
These are a few of the most recent "Event Log" entries, this afternoon, although to someone who isn't trained in networking, this information isn't very helpful. If you are able to help, I would be greatly appreciative.
