Arris SBG7600AC2 firware update

I have my personal Arris SBG7600AC2 setup as the router connected to Xfinity/Comcast. I'm trying to confirm the firware on our router is up to date. current FW vers is 9.1.103AA85

I have tried 7 ways to sunday to reach tech Support ... but the phone system tells me there is an outage in the area and hangs up and yet I'm able to use the xfinity broadband netwrk just fine as i type this.

Arris states that FW updates in Docsis are perfomed by the service provider. I would like to confirm that the route I'm using is in fact being updated.

Please advise

Hello okeeton thanks so much for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums with these personal device questions! Resetting or updating your modem equipment is as easy as performing a soft or hard reset on the device and reconnecting the Wi-Fi network. This will update to the latest drivers for the personal equipment.
