Arris SB8200 Provision - Incompatible SW file
I just upgraded from 250mbps to 1gbps and purchased a new modem, Arris SB8200. I was on the phone twice last night with Xfinity support and the modem is still not provisioned correctly. I am receiving the same speed as prior to upgrading. In checking the modem logs, it appears the provision is failing due to an incompatible SW file.

Similar issue here. Repeated ""Config File Rejected due to Invalid or Unexpected TLV 11 encoding;CM-MAC=" messages.

It's a bug in the latest firmware. Doesn't seem to cause any issues, though.
