Arris SB8200 - "Dynamic Range Window violation" and "SYNC Timing Synchronization failure" errors

Ever since I upgraded to Gigabit service and got the Arris SB8200 modem, I've been getting the following types of errors along with bad connection speeds:

"SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync;CM-MAC=xxx;CMTS-MAC=xxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;"

"Dynamic Range Window violation"

"RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power Exceeds Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;CM-MAC=xxx;CMTS-MAC=xxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;"

Based on what I've been reading, my line is relatively clean and power levels on both Upstream and Downstream channels are within the acceptible range.

What is interesting is that I had a tech out to the house several months ago and he was NOT able to locate my line out at the box at the street.   I didn't think too much about that at the time (the box was a bit of a "rat's nest" so it didn't surprise me).

But, now, after reading the incident below, its got me wondering if this might be my problem, too!

"So, "somebody" didn't have enough ports on the tap for the whole section of the planned community in which we live, and decided that a splitter off the tap to feed my line and my neighbors' line was a good idea.   The tech today removed that splitter, and my upstream power is magically better by -3dBmV. No uncorrectables, so far, either."

Is there a Comcast tech that monitors these forum that might be able to come out and hunt for my line at the street?
