Arris SB8200 Disconnect Logs

Hello been having issues past probably 3 weeks, constant disconnects through out the day and heavily at night. Not anywhere close to advertised speeds in the past few weeks. I found some logs of the events tonight as well as cable information but the status picture was taken after issue subsided. Would love to have someone knowledgeable let me know if I need to schedule someone from Xfinity to fix potential wiring issues. 




edit: to add on this I’ve had service for a long time with 0 issues. This has just started recently with no changes to my home network of any kind.

Oops. Missed one picture. Your upstream is unusually low. One error message says it was remotely reset (DocsDevResetNow). Maintenance Ranging typically means something with upstream signals out of range. Many modems have a limit where the weakest to strongest upstream cannot have a difference of more than 6 dBmV. You are somewhat close at 33-37, but it could occasionally get worse.

could this be an issue with wiring or my modem? The modem is not more than a year or so old.

Please delete the first, second, and fourth links to the pics of the modem's error log entries. Your post was marked as being "Private" because those links contain CM MAC and the CMTS MAC addresses. They are considered to be personal information. The posting of personally identifiable information is a violation of their forum guidelines.

What you can do instead is to copy and paste all of the text of them (instead of using an image) but you'll need to redact all of the CM MAC and CMTS MAC addresses. The forum rules will not allow your post to be seen publically. If and when you do so your post / topic will be made publicly visible again. Thank you.
