Arris SB6190 randomly restars

Im having an issue where my modem randomly restarts.  Ill lose connection to all my devices on the network (wifi and ethernet)  This is the second modem that I have replaced.  I called Comcast and they sent a refresh signal but the issue remains.  I also replaced my netgear router R7000 with a Fortinet AP as well as a Fortigate firewall.  Issue still remains.  This is the log from the modem.  I read reports that that perticular modem has issues.  I have included the log below.

The modem is rebooting again.  I talked with comcast and they are sending someone out tonight.  Hopefully they wont charge me the $75 fee.
