Arris S34 Reprovisioning

Hello,

Just upgraded to the 2500/400 tier and my s34 is posting the exact same speeds as the old sb8200 on my previous plan.

FYI, I couldn’t find the “Bell” referenced in an earlier post to direct message so I am asking in the general queue.

Cheers!

@user_se9p12 Hello, are you still having speed issues?

Hello Victor,

yes, just ran a test and still showing 900/42 which is marginally better but still within same class.

From what I have read it is a provisioning issue from your end that needs to be pushed to my modem.

Cheers!

Is the equipment connected to a splitter or a separate router? Is the speed test performed wirelessly or wired?

It is connected to a Netgear RS280S using the 2.5gb port to the 2.5gb port on the S34. In turn the computer used to Speedtest was also connected to another 2.5gb port with a 2.5gb port so the entire chain matched.
