just spent 2 hours in live chat with zero results. paying for up to 1300 mbps with extreme pro internet and getting 380 mbps over wired connection.

Line is clean and signals are good. Help...

Good afternoon, @user_rga29! We are happy to further assist you with the internet speed. With the upload going to the enhanced speed now, but the download not, there may still be a technical issue happening. I will check everything in my systems to see if I can fix this remotely. If not, we will get a new visit set up. I see that you send a direct message so I will continue there. 

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. Please keep that in mind for the future.
