Recently bought a modem so I didn’t have to pay to rent the one from Comcast. Everything worked fine for 2 days and then it stopped. It just sits blinking green and nothing was changed on my home network. Any idea what might have happened and how I can fix it? Tech visit is scheduled but days out. Any help would be appreciated.

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to to check it.
