Arris S33 Modem - Comcast Northern NJ shouldn’t light be solid blue not solid green?

I recently purchased an Arris S33 Modem. I have Comcast in Northern NJ. Shouldn’t the light on the front of the modem be solid blue, (DOCIS 3.1),not solid green, (DOCIS 3.0)? I had an Arris SB6190 and the lights on that were solid blue.

It's possible your area doesn't have DOCSIS 3.1. You can check your signals screen to see if it is showing an OFDM (sometimes labeled Other) channel. It's also possible it may only go blue if BOTH up and down are D3.1, but upstream D3.1 is not in use yet. It's a little confusing given that it only has the one LED.
