Arris S33 Cable Line Noise = Slow Speeds

I'm using an Arris S33 on DOCSIS 3.1. I pay for 2GB and I only get like 600MB from my modem. 

Ran some tests and I see that there is noise in the line. 

OFDM channel 193 (690 MHz) and 194 (957 MHz) are showing millions of corrected and tens of thousands of uncorrectable errors within 2 days of reboot.

Power is -1 to -4 dBmV and SNR 40–42 dB.

How can I get xFinity to check for any noise or impairments on those downstream OFDM frequencies?
