Arris S33 Boot file corruption
Recently had service issues and was sold the upgraded service tier. It didn't take for some reason and Xfinity chat is saying there's a boot file corruption on my S33.
And The only fix is to lease our premium modem. Or contact manufacturer
Still works at the current speed tier and I was never really had a problem with it. The service quality has always had an issue.
Any help would be appreciated

Ok Thank you. The downstream power is borderline in spec but I don't think that is the problem. Have you sent that requested direct message to Xfinity Support ? If so, what transpired ?

Yeah basically they said my modem has a corrupted boot file and lease there premium modem. Or contact the manufacturer.
