Arris G36
New costumer here. So far trying to use the Arris G36 to connect. Well after reading comments I come to find out this router is really not a good one. Many post about how [Edited: "Language"] and unreliable. Thanks Comcast for listing this garbage on your website.
Now I’m rethinking my choice. If can’t even get this to work will chance providers.

Hello, @user_ae7290. I am sorry to read you are having trouble connecting a 3rd party modem. I know our site does list compatible devices, however, we do not guarantee any 3rd party equipment. We would hate to see you go, and would love to help find a solution. I know how important it is to be connected at all times. Did you find a solution to get connected yet?
