Arlo compatibility with the XFi cube

Ever since we upgraded our Comcast router our arlo camera system won't come online. It shows as part of out network in the XFi app but won't connect. Any suggestions? Is this new Cube gateway not compatible with the Arlo router?

Have you tried rebooting the Arlo System?

What is the exact model of the Arlo base station?

I have the same question. Yes I have rebooted the Arlo camera. Still stating on Arlo app "not able to location camera" to pair the two. Please help!!!!
