Are there no humans anymore to help with spotty internet service?

Last week a technician came to understand why my modem kept going offline and reconnecting.  Said my modem was fine. He changed a bunch of coax cable ends all over the house.  Seemed to resolve the issue.  They came back today to replaced the line from the poll to the house.  No it goes off line like every 30 to 45 minutes and restarts.  I have been on your site trying to find some help for like an hour.  I get locked into your Xfinity Assistant loop of futility.  Every time I click on "Chat with and Agent" - nothing happens.  Does anyone work at Xfinity, or is it just a useless chat bot?
