Apple Homekit - "No Response"

Hi all,

 

Greetings from Colorado Springs.  We had a power outage the other week and as a result access to all of my Apple HomeKit actions are now showing "no response" on the combined 2.4/5 GHz network.  I reset all of my wifi outlets and the homekit several times, but I cannot get them to work on the combined network.  Surprisingly, they do appear to work on the 2.4 GHz network only.  This is strange as they used to work on the combined network.  In trying to fix this problem I have reset the router and reloaded the software as well as update the firmware.  To no avail.  What has happened and what can I do to return to a combined 2.4/5 GHz network with a working apple Homekit?
