App sees no issues

Wifi is connected, but requires me to login to use it, but when i log in it just refers me to the app, the app shows no issues with the wifi but clearly there is. Gateway is solid white, there are no outages, i've restarted it multiple times to no avail, except for one time where it gave me access for roughly 30 seconds.
