Greetings! We hope you are having a great day @user_g1kxkt, and I appreciate you posting on our Forums allowing our Xfinity Support Team to work with you. It is essential to have a signal to your modem and without it I would be going crazy trying to get this resolved as soon as possible. Are you still not able to get a signal to the Internet equipment currently, if so we are here to help and immediately work towards a resolution.
