Apex legends packet loss

I need escalation to network engineering for a likely routing / peering / congestion issue.

I have severe packet loss only when connected to Apex Legends servers. I am located in Hackettstown NJ
All local troubleshooting has already been done, including:
- Ethernet connection
- Router replaced
- Multiple cables tested
- Open NAT / UPnP verified
- No packet loss on diagnostics or speed tests

Packet loss only occurs when traffic leaves the Xfinity network and connects to game servers.
This strongly suggests a routing, node congestion, or peering issue rather than a local wiring problem.

Please check the following on your end:
- Node congestion / oversubscription
- CMTS errors
- Packet loss past first hop
- Routing path to EA / game servers
- Peering or backbone congestion
- Anti-DDoS routing paths if applicable

This has reached the point where there should not have to be this many steps just to play a game normally, and after all troubleshooting the issue still exists.

Requesting escalation to network engineering.
