Apartment WiFi Box, Don't want to wait till Thursday.

I'm in an Xfinity Communities/bulk apartment plan. The pre-installed gateway in my unit has completely died—zero lights, and I've verified the wall outlet works. The app doesn't show the gateway or give me an equipment replacement option. I need the Communities gateway replaced.
