Apartment In-house Cable Disconnected
A Xfinity Installer came to install internet service November 1 in our apartment. He could not complete the job because he could not locate the cable from the wiring closet to our unit. He put in a request for another “special” unit to resolve the issue and install a new cable if needed. About November 24th an Xfinity “specialist” came to solve the cable issue. He worked for several hours and eventually got the internet working in our apartment. I discovered later that he had disconnected the in-house Direct TV feed that the building includes with our rent. It provides us with local TV channels and a few other things like News, Hallmark and History channels. I have not been able to get Xfinity to restore the disconnected in-house cable channels, though I have made multiple attempts to do so. How do I get this resolved?
