Anyone having specific website access issues (usbank, xfinity.com, etc)

I have had an intermittent problem with specific website access mainly www.usbank.com and xfinity,com

When it is not working it just times out.

All tablets, laptops, and phones in the house using comcast and wifi have the issue.

If I turn off wifi and go out 5G on ATT no access issues.

I already ran 2 tickets up the chain with comcast but frankly the support teams are useless.

First person claimed my DOCSIS 3.0 modem was the issue (even though still supported)

I bought a new modem anyway and moved to DOCSIS 3,1  Same website access issue.

Tier 1 can't do anything or seem to open a ticket with more advanced support since most things are working and the modem connection shows green.

I can tracert traffic from my laptop and when the connections are timing out I see the packet his my router and then normal next hop would be something in comcast but it just goes off to never never land.  Can't convince Comcast to assist since I don't change anything on my gear and it can go from working to not working and back again.

No patches or changes to anything on my side.

Running a Unifi router that has been in places without changes for many months and suddenly issue has popped up.

A quick one.  Using Xfinity DNS on the Unifi's dhcp server?  You could try someone else.  Cloudflare perhaps?

primary = 1.1.1.1

secondary = 1.0.0.1

Couple more that may help narrow it down:

When it doesn't work, if you log into the Unifi, do you have both an IPV4 and IPV6 address?

When it doesn't work, if you drop the WiFi connection on your device, then reconnect, does it magically work then?

Can you leave an Ethernet connected device on, and when it doesn't work then see if that works fine when WiFi devices do not?

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_l4p4to. If you are still having an issue with that specific website I would be happy to look into that for you from here. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
