Anyone have an XPod catch on fire?

Hello. This morning an xpod we were using in our home caught in fire then shorted out the circuit it was plugged into. There are scorch marks on the wall and outlet. After unplugging the xpod, inspecting the outlet and turning the circuit back on, it was determined that the xpod is the cause of the short/fire.
