Anyone getting the internet speeds they are paying for?
I pay for 1000mbps and am getting 45mbps.. Who knows how long this has been going on? Xfinity says upgrade the router.
Got newest router from Xfinity. Tested again, still getting 45mbps. Saw others complaining about this. Is anyone getting the speeds they
are paying for or is it all just a hoax?

No. paying for 1000 but only getting 500mb at best in front of modem. Basement reduced to less than 100 which is why I was adding an Xfi Pod - didn't connect, and now entire account is messed up along with spotty connection.
The answer is not more speed, the answer is stronger more consistent signal.
Should note, in 20yrs+ with Xfinity/comcast, I have never had the very speeds they claim. Speeds have always been 30% minimum less
