Antminer connection issues

I’ve connected my Antminer ASIC to my Xfinity XB6 Gateway via a Linksys NH1005 ethernet switch, and assigned the Antminer a static IP address. The Gateway’s admin page shows the Antminer as a connected device, but offline. I’ve gone through numerous steps to force the Gateway to talk to the Antminer, but nothing works - it’s stuck in offline mode. I’m wondering if the Gateway is blocking the Antminer for some reason. I’ve checked the firewall settings and they’re set to Low. The CyberSecure feature on my Xfinity account has never been enabled, but I still wonder if my Antminer is being blacklisted. I’ve already done a hard reset of the Antminer several times.
