Annoyed
I am very annoyed. First of all I am late on my bill but a customer service rep called me on Sunday to set up a payment arrangement. Mind you, I work at home, here it is Monday evening and everything was fine until the internet mysteriously goes out, I’ve checked with neighbors so it’s not them. It’s just my account only, also I have noticed that this only happens conveniently when the bill is due. This happened before and when I called them out of it the service was put back on after they lied and said it was an outage in the area. I have been with Xfinity for some years and this is what I get after setting up a payment arrangement “Xfinity playing games!” I will be looking into another provider because I do not have time for it . Ohh and they said they can send a tech out tomorrow at 3pm… way after my shift! I am beyond exhausted with the service! Good riddance!
