Always problems

I've had this service for over 10 years. Keeps getting worse every year, bad connections, cable freezes up all the time and usually in good weather. Prices keep going up and quality goes down they need to get back to basic and give the customers good quality product. Very terrible service!!!! Way over priced!!!!!
