Already have xfi complete
I'm trying to look into storm ready and when I click to add I only get a page stating I already have Xfi complete. I know I have it, but I can't get around that page. Same thing when trying to look at my devices on my gateway. States to add, I click on it and a page pops up stating I already have the service. I can't get any farther.

@andiron06 Thank you for your interest in our Storm Ready WiFi. Don't worry about the error you're getting when trying to add it online. I can process the order for you. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
