All PC/phones work except one

My one PC will result in “bad gateway” errors every few minutes.
Looking for some guidance.
The main difference between it and my other equipment is that I use it for programming/Remote Desktop applications - like VNC, anydesk, putty, etc. I was using it on my Verizon internet with no issues yesterday - now switched to xfinity and have had issues.
I ran through most of the “troubleshooting steps” with no success.
Is this an issue with port forwarding or with the xFi security features?
