Alexa and xfinity

Alexa and Xfinity are not connecting. Many restarts, reboots, reinstalls and it is not working

@user_d21e6e Thanks for posting about your Alexa device. I use it daily and know how important it is. If that is the only thing having an issue, you want to be sure it is in a good spot with a good Wi-Fi signal. If that doesn't help, please reset the modem with the Xfinity app. You can see the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting. If that doesn't work, I see that other customers have been able to get it online again with a different modem. You can swap it out for a different one at a local store if you rent an Xfinity Gateway!
