Advanced Security Whitelisting

I need to get someone at XFinity to add a site to whatever whitelist they have for Advanced Security, but there is no way to request it other than finding a tech in the forum and PM'ing them.

Really, not a great way to provide support. 

Many companies use Proxy Pro for remote support, and Advanced Security blocks access to all proxydesktop.com sites.

After a lengthy call and remote "tweaks" by 2nd level, still no fix. 

It's a simple whitelist for a safe\commerial site\service (Proxy Pro) that provides a remote support tool for a myriad of folks across the US, but Xfinity support just doesn't "get it".

Ughh.
