Advance security on the go

I need help I am unable to turn on advance security on the go. I have advance security on for my home WiFi. I tried all the steps in the article including going into the advance security tile but it does not show an option to turn on the go for my phone. I have tried to turn it on when I’m at home and when I’m away from home. I used to have it on before I switched accounts. I tried to talk to customer service and got no where with that.
