Admin tool won’t block tiktok
The xfi admin tool doesn’t block websites and keywords in the parental controls function. I have keywords “YouTube” and “tiktok” blocked but my children are still able to access them on a desktop and laptop.
What’s odd is that the xfi admin tool won’t even accept a request to block www.tiktok.com. Why is that? I wish these parental control actually worked. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Xfinity support trying to get this to work and nothing works.

Are you getting a specific error message when attemtping to add in the address you want to block? I personally use the tool with great success.

For me it lets me add tiktok.com but it won't actually block it. It blocks other sites okay but for some reason tiktok still comes through just fine.
