Admin tool System Logs

The system log feature in the admin tool does not work. I try to access the logs and it always says operation failed, try again every single time. I am trying to figure out when my internet disconnects everyday. I need to know, when I am not home, when my internet is disconnected or when my Xfinity router is unplugged and my network goes down.

@user_39x0da what is the make and model of the modem you are using? What were the steps you've taken to access the logs? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken to troubleshoot the disconnections? To assist with this you can start here
