Admin Tool on Xfinity Gateway option missing from Xfinity App

I have a Xfinity XB7 Gateway that is bridge mode because my house is wired with WAPs. When I go to the Admin Portal at 10.0.0.1 I get the following message:

"Managing your home network settings is now easier than ever. To manage your gateway settings and other features, please download the Xfinity xFi app."

However, in the Xfinity App I do not have an option for ADVANCED SETTINGS per the help article to turn the Admin Portal back on.

  1. Visit the WiFi tab in the Xfinity app.
  2. Select View WiFi equipment and open Advanced settings.
  3. Select Admin Tool online access.
  4. Slide the toggle button to Allow Admin Tool access.
  5. Select Save.

So how do I turn the ADMIN Portal back on when the Xfinity App does not offer me the options to do so?

Me as well, need to make some changes and these options are not available on the app. Please fix it for me as well

From my research, the only fix is to do a factory reset and start over. This enables Xfinity Wi-Fi, you can then enable the Admin Portal and then trigger Bridge Mode.

My understanding is this fix is temporary and will revert back to the portal being disabled again.

Xfinity needs to fix it.
