Admin Login Error After Gateway Factory Reset
After factory resetting gateway I tried to login to the gateway via the Admin Tool using the default login information (case sensitive)
user- admin
password- password
And I received an error message stating that the password was incorrect!

We'd recommend performing a second factory reset if this issue is still present.
The factory reset restores your Gateway to its original default settings, including your WiFi name and password. A factory reset requires using a non-metallic pointed object (such as a toothpick) to hold in the Reset button on the back of the Gateway for 30 seconds until all the LED lights power off. If prompted, you’ll be required to create a custom WiFi name and password and reconnect devices to your home network using this information.
From there you can access the Admin Tool (if available for your gateway) by doing the following:
