Add a 2.4mhz band to my wifi

I  have  a couple of devices that only work on 2.4.  I tried to do this in my Xfinity app, but the control does not seem to be there. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @user_5f7c8f Good Morning and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here directly! The newest generation software is set up to automatically help optimize your homes network and switches between both channels automatically which is something that you are not able to change.-Richard

If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 names and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;
