Activation Problems [Edited]

I just started my service today and I've been having nothing but problems I try to leave even leave a review and your service turned around and pops up an error your app's not working I've tried multiple different phone calls to get a hold of someone for activation go to a store and your clerks at the store trying to get me to pay more money you guys are scamming new customers and have horrible customer service
